How to download videos from youtube or any other website. Easy isn’t it? Not quite!
Downloading videos from websites is easy for most of us. But other people aren’t that much tech savvy, so they usually end up not finding the download button or any other link that enables them to download videos form websites. Although it doesn’t require being tech savvy, downloading videos might seem complicated if you don’t have experience.
So here is a tutorial on how to download videos from youtube or other websites.

What you need
Download accelerators such as internet download manager (IDM) or orbit downloader
And of course a browser J
1. Install the download accelerator on your computer. (If you don't have it, download it from any site, just write 'IDM free download' on Google or something)
Note – New version of download accelerators will detect the installed browsers and will integrate with the browsers. For some download accelerators, it is recommended to close any open browsers while installing for it to integrate properly.
2. After you finish installing it, open the download accelerator and check if it has integrated with your browsers.
Let’s use Internet Download Manager (IDM) – I’m using version 6.05
To check if the download manager has integrated with your browser go to Downloads à options or click the options shortcut icon.
On this page, you can see there is a checkbox with list of compatible browsers. Select the ones that are installed on your computer and then be sure to select the ‘Run module for monitoring IE based browsers (…)’ checkbox on top of the page.
Note - you may need to close your browsers and restart them after this.
Now open any video from your favorite website. I use www.topmosttube.com which basically is a site showing youtube videos but giving you many options such as, the ability to see which videos are popular in your country or any other country.
When you play the video a small icon which is labeled ‘Download this Video’ will appear next to the video (icon location depends on browser type and version).
Click the button and then IDM will bring a dialogue box for you to confirm your download.
Click ‘Start Download’ to start downloading now. And that’s it. You now know how to download a video using Internet Download Manager (IDM) from any site you want.
